Request account deletion
If you want to delete the account you registered in the EchoLearn mobile app, use the in-app Settings flow or send an email to the administrator. We will handle it as soon as possible.
How it works
You can start the deletion from the app settings or use this page as the web fallback.
Use app settings
Start the account deletion flow from the Settings area in the EchoLearn app.
Send an email
Write to admin@echolearn.app if you want us to handle the request directly.
Account deletion request
State clearly that you want your registered EchoLearn account to be deleted.
Processing time
We will process the request as soon as possible.
