This privacy policy covers the EchoLearn mobile app.

The privacy policy for the EchoLearn website is provided separately.

If you decide to create a user account in the EchoLearn app, we currently process the email address you provide for account creation and account-related communication.

This processing is used to:

  • create and maintain your account
  • allow login and account access
  • communicate with you about account-related matters when necessary

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

At the time of this version, the app does not use cookies.

5. Data minimization

At the time of this version, the only personal data currently stored for the app is the email address you provide if you decide to register.

If external processors or service providers are added later in a way that is relevant to personal data processing in the app, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.

7. Storage period

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as long as legal retention obligations apply.

If you have an EchoLearn account, you can start the account deletion flow from the Settings area in the mobile app.

This website also provides the deletion request page as a fallback if you prefer to contact us directly.

10. No obligation to register

You are not legally required to create an account in the EchoLearn app. However, if you want to register for an account, an email address is currently required.

11. Changes

We may update this privacy policy if the app or the related data processing changes.
